The hotel was not clean...

Liked: The only positive thing about our stay was the location to the track meet. This hotel was only 3 miles away. That is the only thing.
Disliked: The hotel was not clean. roaches everywhere. The pool was green and not cleaned out. The advertisement stated that there was a free breakfast but there wasn't. Overall the pictures and ads were misleading! After the first night, we had to leave the hotel due to roaches. We even walked more rooms with the staff and there was still roaches in about 8 other rooms.

Liked: The Hotel had no air and the front desk told me and i quote " we can't afford the piece to fix it now, but we are close" ! He then informed me that they had NO rooms available! As I begin to inquire about the un-tolerable heat. i ask why did they not inform BOOking.com to inform them of the outage. i have always had great experiences with you all and i know that from past experiences that your company would not engage in unacceptable conditions such as that. The temper was 97 degrees that day

Disliked: The things promised in the ads aren’t true.. they don’t server breakfast they give you a paper bag with cheese crackers, all of your cakes were expired, and a little bottle of water.. the tv remote isn’t work to the tv
