Liked: Very Quiet, clean rooms, ac work great , water gets extremely hot, Nice Pool & Hot tub. The staff are very helpful to your needs, breakfast could be better (it’s the same stuff everyday) but overall it’s a nice hotel and pet friendly.

Amazing Customer Service

Liked: Ariah greeted me at check-in. She was kind and professional. I brought my sister for a night stay to get her away from the disaster in Ruidoso where the flood destroyed her home. I received the best customer service from her that I have ever experienced at a hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.My sincerest appreciation and gratitude to you, Ariah.~Kind people are my kind of people.

Liked: The room was very spacious and the beds was very comfortable. The cleanliness was ok it could be better. The hotel itself has great potential if only the owners cared a little more to make it nicer. The men's bathroom on the first floor was broken and the women's bathroom was dirty. The pool was not that clean and the water was very cold. The hot tub water wasn't that clean either and the jets were not functional. The breakfast makes up for all the other things.

Disliked: The fact that it was a cheap hotel room and they charged me 2times for the hotel room and when I went to talk to them to get a refund they charged my card a third time making a total of $1,350 I paid for the hotel I had to turn my debit card off so they would stop charging me and they are still trying to charge me again

Disliked: The outside doors would not open with the key. Trash was not taken out of the room each night nor would the rooms cleaned each day. There was water in the floor in the hallways. Dogs permitted in the building barked most of the night
