I would not recommend this...

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: The carpet was worn and torn at bathroom entry. The shower really needs some updating a lot of calcium deposits on the shower doors and around the seals. The sheet had a blood spot on it. The couch was wore down and uncomfortable. I was surprised it had a rating of 8.4, which is why I chose to stay there for the price. very disappointed.

Liked: Manager was very friendly. You could tell she cared. Breakfast was good. I liked the scrambled eggs and sausage links. Juice was apple or orange. I would like cranberry juice as an option. The room was clean and the hotel location was easy to access, with lots of nearby eating choices on the north side of I-20. Plus Wal-Mart was across the road and easy to access.
Disliked: The phone did not work. The reading lights did not work. The clock was set for the wrong time and could not be adjusted without a screwdriver. I think there is a nightlight built into the hair dryer unit. It did not work. The door key system took multiple tries to unlock and the last day it quit. I received a new key that did not work either. The manager accompanied me back to the room and unlocked it for us. Upon arrival the smell of room scented spray was overwhelming.

Liked: I was glad for the privacy hotel staff gave. And the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Don't have any complaints at this time.
