Liked: Location was convenient and everything was easily accessible in the hotel.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room and common areas. The most disturbing thing was the owner/manager telling front desk staff to rent a room that was not available and he was talking to her in a stern voice. Raising his voice.

Liked: Convenient to where we needed to stay to meet family. Plenty of restaurants and shopping
Disliked: Clump of hair on floor of restroom when arrived. Dripping faucet. All gym equipment broken. No orientation by staff to tell us there was complementary breakfast.

Clean, but too much overnight...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to park near well lit front entry of hotel which made me feel safer when traveling alone. Location convenient to many eating places. Property was clean, even though it felt older. Complimentary breakfast was adequate for me, but options nearby was IHOP or Panera just across the street and a Starbucks a few blocks away. Coffee maker in room was convenient.
Disliked: Apparently lots of shift workers staying there and so other guests doors were opening & closing (not quietly) through the night which kept waking me up. Not any fault of hotel. Luckily I was a good distance anway from elevator. Also, I stayed on 3rd floor and the blackbirds in trees on my room’s side of hotel are very noisy right outside window. I had my window open for a few minutes and the noise level was too much.
