Booking.com screwed me!

Liked: This place was completely SHUT DOWN and has been for a while according to people around town. I had to find another hotel last minute and booking.com has not refunded me or contacted me in any way.

The most unprofessional booking experience...

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel to find that it had been CLOSED for over a month. We were not notified of this closure. What a pitiful customer service experience from Booking and the Clarion. We then had to scramble to find another room on a football weekend in Auburn. Paid a much higher price than we should have. Booking and Clarion should reimburse us for the inconvenience!!!!!!!

The worst in my life.

Liked: Nothing, they need to be reported to the Health department. Very unclean. The room smelled of mold. When we first went in. Floor looked like someone urinated all over the carpet. We were worried about bedbugs. Did not sleep all night. Suppose to have Breakfast included. No breakfast. Would not have eat there anyway. Unsanitary.
Disliked: Everything.
