Disliked: Breakfast was not available and checkout was at 11am however housekeeping kncoked at 9,9:30, and 10,10:30 am. this disrubted sleep and felt invasive.

Disliked: My bathtub had a hole in the bottom and water and mold were coming out there where dirty wash cloths in my bathroom and smoke detector was hanging off the wall

Liked: They did some remodeling and it’s better than the old Ramada. But still needs work.
Disliked: No pool and no breakfast.

Not a good stay!

Liked: Location to resturants and Younes Conference Center
Disliked: Upon arrival for a stay due to the Nebraska EMS conference, I waited in line for 30-45 minutes just to check in. This conference always draws thousands of EMS providers. More staff should have been available. When I finally checked in, I was informed that the pool was closed due to frozen pipes, and it has not been reopened for months. This information was not available during booking. However, I later found out it that it was closed because of sanitary issues. This was confirmed by signs posted in the pool area. This was also why, according to the signs, why breakfast was not being served. The room was clean, but the noise level was terrible. The key card to the hotel and room was constantly needing to be reprogrammed. I will have to think hard about staying here again. I'm not a big fan of this particular hotel. I've stayed at other Choice Hotels, and this location is not up to their standard

Good rest spot

Liked: Clean, no charge for my dog Bed was just perfect.
Disliked: Their breakfast area has a broken pipe. So not even coffee. Our coffee maker was missing a piece. But things happen. Will stay there again.
