Liked: The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable and super close to Universal Parks! Also, had an option of a shuttle to go to the parks.

Disliked: The AC wouldn't cool the entire room. We had to fight over who would lay in front of it.

If I will plan trip...

Liked: We’ve stayed at hotel full week. The biggest advantage was location -30 min walk to Universal Studio & IoA. Great pool and hot spa for kids. We even managed to get into pool after parks. They have Indian restaurant, bar and cafe in the hotel. Free parking, always possible to find a spot. They offer support to plan park visits, shuttle bus for free to Universal and IoA, Sea World
Disliked: Pool furniture could be renewed, but it is still function.

Disliked: It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and damp, the sink was clogged, and there was hair in the bathroom. The lights were not working. It was noisy, and the staff were indifferent. Definitely do not choose this hotel.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: Close to Universal, between 25 - 30 minutes walk. Nice pool area. They have a small selection of grab and go-breakfast items.
Disliked: Housekeeping had to be called for, but even when I called them according to instructions, they didn't show up.
