It was nice to have...

Liked: I liked how knowledgeable and helpful the receptionist was.
Disliked: When we checked in and got into our room was still thrashed from the previous guests. Took an hour to talk to the front desk attendant about problem and get a new room. The morning after my fiancé and I both had bites on our bodies.

Passable

Liked: Things that were nice are the pay at hotel option even though it is a small amount more, the breakfast buffet
Disliked: the thermostat control panel broken to where you could see if heat was on or AC was on. Paint chipping away in the bathtub after you fill it with water. The bathroom door didn't latch shut when closing, Would have been nice for a trash can in the bathroom and a second chair for sitting.

Disliked: Mechanical disrepair with no apparent expectation that it was going to be repaired, ice machines, missing window screens, paper signs trapped to walls

Very disappointing stay.

Liked: Breakfast was simple but good.
Disliked: Cleanliness of hotel and regular attention to upkeep. Floors were sticky in room and common areas. Ice machine on our floor had dispensing issues - extra ice would stay in dispenser after use and would melt onto floor. Melted ice was then dammed up using towels. We noticed this upon arrival and departure the next day - meaning that management was aware or negligent in addressing. Incidentally, the ice machine was located across from elevator - potential for slip and fall. In addition, room and hallway carpet was filthy, windows to rooms were open as if airing out. We noticed this upon our approach to hotel from street. Our first room smelled of smoke so we requested another room. We also noticed our smoke alarm was covered by a clear plastic sheeting. Perhaps some painting has been performed on ceiling. We only noticed upon waking up the next morning. Finally, Emergency Exit information was not posted inside of our room door. Overall, our experience was very disappointing.

Liked: Desk people were wonderful, it’s in a great place for our adventures. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds were terrible and the room didn’t smell very good
