Disliked: There is no walkability in the area. The door let in light & noise in. The carpet had been recently cleaned/shampooed and was still wet.

We love your hotel and...

Liked: We Travel often and come there often and we always get an out. Side Room, which I would prefer an inside room but it is what it is. It was clean in the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was wonderful. As always, I do not like the fact that now you have to put a $200. Deposit down to stay in your room. For one night we come there all the time. And that's a big hit to have to wait to have that money. Put back on your card it took three days, otherwise everything was good.
Disliked: I didn't like the $200 charge. You had to put down on your card to stay one night. It took 3 days to have it. Put back on our card when you're traveling. That's a great inconvenience. We travel frequently and we stop at your hotel every time we come through. It's so it is a great inconvenience for us. It may make a difference the next time we come through.

Disliked: The pictures from the website are very deceiving. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The hot tub water looked dirty. The inside of the hotel looked run down. The front desk staff was rude and added more fees at check in, even though we went through the booking site. We paid for two rooms, checked in at 5 only had one room key until they brought the other room key finally around 7pm after calling the front desk twice. After the boys swam, they showered and we finished the sleepover at my house. Horrible looking place.

Disliked: Contrast on the TV needs to be adjusted so it's not blue. The atrium where the inside pool is located should maybe have a bar, some furniture(couch, table's, chairs). It's a beautiful area but lacks decor..
