Liked: NOTHING AT ALL! Its absolutely gross! I've never had to write a review but this place is bad!
Disliked: Property is dirty, hallways, sidewalks, stairs are dirty!We asked for another room cause our stunk like cigarettes not to mention the almost 2 inch gap under the front door that I told the front desk girl about and got a look like Oh well and was told no, none available and no refunds! We had taken our things with us thank God and went out for the evening and came back to try to get through the night, turned on the lights, pulled the curtains back, there was blood on them. My daughter started screaming that there were bugs all over the bathroom just as I saw them all over the night stand... cockroaches were coming out everywhere, all over the desk and everything. We grabbed our things and ran out of there straight to the front desk and told the 2 girls there that I wanted my money back and we were treated like we crap. No apologies.. nothing! There's homeless people all over outside and living there! It's disgusting that they rent this place out to people and put them in these situations.

Liked: Gift bags upon check-in.Nice fridge & TV.
Disliked: The room needed cleaned for multiple night stay - clean towels, more coffee, & shampoo/conditioner.The room needed a trash can.There were dirty sheets laying outside rooms on ground.

Property is in bad shape!

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Our room had an EXTREME OVERWHELMING smell of air freshener to the extent of nausea and coughing. Once it work off, the room smells like old cigarettes real bad which triggered my asthma!! We only stayed 4.5 hours and had to leave! There’s mold growing on the walls including all the wall paper pealing away from walls.

Disliked: Shower wouldn’t leaking, the hair dryer was sparking when tried to use it, holes on the bath room door, and I dropped water on the main floor I used a towel to clean it up and the towel was black. The toilet required two flushes

Liked: Amazing pool!! Super kind staff, even gave us a gift bag when we checked in.
Disliked: Didn’t provide much in the rooms. No toiletries, soap, extra towels, extra blankets, etc.

Liked: it was a very comfortable and quiet place the indoor pool was good. the staff was nice.
Disliked: the lighting around the pool could have been a little bit more. and wirl pool could also have been warmer. the coffee maker in our room didn't work and my booking said there was a breakfast that we never saw. that we have to be given a second set of card keys because our stopped working on the second day. and I missed having a hot tub.
