Clarion Inn Biltmore Village

Visted Ashville for Gin Blossoms concert at Orange Peel! Amazing; hotel staff was very, very friendly; helpful with directions; warm welcome; Uber was great - fast. Room clean; beds comfy but extremly noisy; leave the television on while you try to sleep - interstate noise; very thin walls; very loud bathroom fan; no elevators; be prepared to climb stairs; breakfast was just OK; way too pricey for no sleep; we did notify the frront desk at check out but no discount was offered.

Liked: Comfy beds; comfy pillows; clean; no pets.
Disliked: Too noisy; thin walls; loud traffic; loud neighbors; bathtub would not drain; fan noise.

I was happy with my trip. But next time the hotel should make it clear what the policies are from the jump.

Liked: Darius Rucker was amazing!
Disliked: The staff wasn't very good about explaining the policies and guidelines clearly, and the manager was very odd.
