Visted Ashville for Gin Blossoms concert at Orange Peel! Amazing; hotel staff was very, very friendly; helpful with directions; warm welcome; Uber was great - fast. Room clean; beds comfy but extremly noisy; leave the television on while you try to sleep - interstate noise; very thin walls; very loud bathroom fan; no elevators; be prepared to climb stairs; breakfast was just OK; way too pricey for no sleep; we did notify the frront desk at check out but no discount was offered.
Liked: Comfy beds; comfy pillows; clean; no pets.
Disliked: Too noisy; thin walls; loud traffic; loud neighbors; bathtub would not drain; fan noise.

I was happy with my trip. But next time the hotel should make it clear what the policies are from the jump.
Liked: Darius Rucker was amazing!
Disliked: The staff wasn't very good about explaining the policies and guidelines clearly, and the manager was very odd.

Very nice motel, great location....
Liked: Great location & very well kept hotel. Very good breakfast, with great coffee.
Disliked: Being on a major road there was some road traffic. Suggest requesting room on rear of hotel.

It served our purpose.
Liked: Bed was extremely comfortable and for someone who has trouble sleeping it was great.
Disliked: Walls seemed so thin and lacking sound insulation. We could here every conversation in room next to us.

Friendly staff and clean, but...
Disliked: Location. Very difficult to get in and out of especially during high traffic times. Not enough parking. Very noisy. We were initially given a room in the front facing Hendersonville road, and asked to move to back side due to noise. They accommodated us which was nice but you heard every car park, slam their car door, drag their luggage across the balconies, all while having loud conversations at every hour of the night and day. Needless to say not well rested after little sleep.

Good location, decent hotel
Liked: The man that checked us in was very helpful. The location is super close to the Biltmore entrance and about 2 miles from downtown. It was clean and sufficient for a 1 night stay.
Disliked: The bed was too firm for our comfort. We both didn't sleep well because of it. The clock radio next to the bed kept making weird buzzing sounds. The breakfast was typical (bagels, pastries, cereal, waffle maker, eggs, sausage...) But lacked fruit. Another guest blew his nose over the one bowl of red apples and I reported this to the staff but nothing has done about it.

Liked: The hotel was a good value for what we paid and the location was convenient to downtown and other attractions.
Disliked: The hotel is built into a hillside. All of the rooms have exterior corridors/ access. We were on the third floor so had to navigate three flights of stairs to access breakfast room ( no parking in front of hotel). The room we were given faces a very busy
