Liked: The breakfast was good, customer service was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, and the location was convenient.
Disliked: There was no hot water, parking area needs repairs, guests were to noisy allowing children to run through the hallway late at night, floors/bed was creaking, and a door on the side doesn’t lock properly

Disliked: i did not like the fact that the pool was closed and didn’t know till after i checked in i already booked it days in advance and i get hotels for the purpose of pools for my kids and me

Disliked: No hot water, no locks on the side doors, people hanging around the entrance smoking and swearing the breakfast was very low on food and when I asked for butter I got a bad attitude and got no butter, the lotion bottle in my room was half empty
