Disliked: The room was filthy and moldy with paint and dry wall coming off. Our bed was broken. The floors were grossly sticky. Someone's used soap was still in the shower. The shampoo and conditioner was empty. TV didn't work. Our keycards stopped working 3 times. The outside door right near our room was broken and propped open by a rock so anyone could come in at anytime. The smell was unidentifiable.

Disliked: You have too many homeless ppl and additional people hanging out around your entrance and all entry doors. All smoking. It's disgusting! It looks like a drug and prostitution hotel.

Disliked: Front desk wasn’t available for half an hour she got out a car that was parked right in front so people were waiting and she didn’t care to come in and help till she felt like it! The booking was changed by mistake checkout was posed to be on a Monday and turned out to be on a Sunday they gave me hell trying to get the rest of my stuff out that room then proved to her that housekeeping DIDNT find everything and didn’t clean everything because we found my stuff that I was looking for. Horrible experience seen another person going off on the front desk for other reasons !

Liked: I got there a 2 in the morning the lady that was working the front desk had been in the restroom for 30 minutes. When she came out of the restroom she said they were overbooked I need to call and get a refund. Then she said she found a room 206. The door lock was sticking open. I didn’t feel safe so I left. She said for me to contact the 3rd party for a refund

Liked: The size of our room was nice & the fact that our dog could accompany us as appreciated; the front desk staff was pleasant
Disliked: Outlets were damaged & many didn’t work, the cleanliness of the room was awful - floors were sticky and dirty and had resin marks on them, one of the chairs in the room had glitter on it and the surfaces weren’t wiped clean, toilet paper holder in bathroom broken, etc,
