Would like a partial refund....

Disliked: No breakfast. Our jaccuzi had someone elses hair in it. There was black mold in my shower (didn't shower due to this) . vending machines didnt work. People yelling in hall outside of my room.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Very dirty. Toilet did not flush again 2nd stay in a row with booking.com the hotels toilet did not work. Place is gross didn't dare sleep under blankets.

Bad

Disliked: The garbage can was not clean and still had vomit in it from another time, we got charged 3 times on our account, the vending machines were empty, nothing saying that there was no continental breakfast I'm assuming it was because of Covid but no where did it say anything about it, no coffee or tea in the room, no cups for brushing our teeth, the house keepers were trying to get into our room at 9am when checkout wasn't until 11am, we said we would be gone by 11 and they came back 3 more times between 9 and 11.

NOT CLEAN. DISGUSTING.

Liked: Nothing other than the location.
Disliked: The hot tub spa room i rented for the night was absolutely disgusting. first the tub was dirty when we got in the room, then i cleaned it out with a towel and hot water and bar soap. i filled it up, turned on the jets and black mold was pouring out. I emptied it, cleaned it again, filled it back up and turned the jets on and 3x more black mold came out. I called the front desk and they said they?ll have maintenance look at it in the morning but that doesn?t mean anything when i paid for the NIGHT and had to leave at 11am. I am disgusted. I cleaned it twice which is not my job. the tub had broke parts just sitting on the ledge. there was a dirty sock just sitting in the chair when we arrived. The floor was dirty, there were stains on the blankets and sheets like they weren?t ever washed. There was a coffee machine but no coffee, no cups, nothing. The table was dirty, the tv only worked on 10 channels. The wifi don?t work, everything was disgusting. I paid $155 for a room for my 21st birthday specifically for a hot tub because no where else had private tubs available and i?m beyond disappointed. I asked the staff to switch me to another room with a clean tub and they said they were booked but they could transfer me to a regular room and i said no because i didn?t pay for a regular room i paid for a hot tub suite, and when i talked about it after returning my key they told me i could not receive any type of refund or compensation back because it?s not their job when i booked through booking.com so i need someone to reach out to me now.

On the Fence

Liked: Cheep... Comfortable... Location... Abdulla was extremely helpful in getting linens and other items for my 2 week stay during COVID-19 Pandemic
Disliked: The long dark haired day girl at front desk needs to be let go. I asked about getting the room cleaned bcuz I was there for 2 weeks and she just replied NO. I had no idea about the COVID rules, I had to ask why before she would even explain. So I asked then what about towels and garbage. She said take it all and throw it in the hallway and they will leave some at the door in a bag. I asked that it be left at the front desk instead. She said that they could do that.... Of course none of this was relayed to housekeeping, nothing was in the hall, and nothing at the front desk... So Abdulla had called the manager to see how he could get into housekeeping quarters to get me set up. He got the key and loaded me up for the rest of my entire stay (so I didn?t have to do any of that again).For only cleaning between customers stays you would think that the staff would clean a little bit better. There was gunk in the corner of the tub that I had to clean before using (I?m actually thinking of sending them a cleaning invoice since I had to purchase cleaners)My ratings would be much lower if it wasn?t for Abdulla.
