Nice, clean room. Convenient to the area; great destination; lots of things to do. Good restaurants and plenty to do.

Bed bug injuries.

Disliked: I was bitten pretty bad by bed bugs. I ended up having to go to the Emergency room because of an allergic reaction to the bite. Looked under beds and house keeping do not clean under beds. Found prior guest clothing under my bed. I was bitten on my face, back, arm and thighs. My arm swelled up pretty bad and so did the side of my face I took videos and pictures. The response from the hotel seems to show little concern as I had to inevitably throw away personal belongings that was at the hotel so I would not transport the bed bugs any further. The assistant manager seem to show more concern than the GM who everyone keep directing me to speak to him. I sent the email included, pictures, videos, and hospital records, response is non existent.

Good place to stay but...

Liked: Great room that felt almost fancy. It had a pull out table which would’ve been useful if I stayed more than one night.
Disliked: I didn’t like the long wait to check in. The staff weren’t very social and the lady I was speaking to mumbled everything under her breath.

Disliked: Check in took more than 30 minutes with a clueless person. No smile, no welcome , did not know breakfast time and put down the wrong Wi-Fi code. Could be because the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms. Breakfast was prepay if you wanted a decent price. It was ok but didn’t have what was advertised
