Superb

Liked: Very friendly staff, also very efficient. Good wine and food.
Disliked: Shower was a bit of a poor design and water went all over the floor. Also the doona was too small.

Terrible staff and room.

Liked: The breakfast is big and the location is good.
Disliked: Brown stains on a chair in the room and a ripped headboard. When we took pictures and told the staff about them, she replied that she was aware of the rips and stains. She implied that they were very booked and therefore used the room. we were surprised at her response, as we also had booked the room many months out. Shocked at the response!Also, in a 2-week trip to Norway. This was the smallest and most expensive of the entire trip.

Liked: The most amazing breakfast!! The room was comfortable and very clean. Easy walk into town. Excellent staff.
Disliked: Parking a little complicated due to all the "electric only" signs and quite expensive. However access to the hotel was good.

Liked: The hotel has several good points, including hotel is quiet, clean and new, shower water is strong enough, and breakfast is very good. However, the space of the family room is small as adding two beds inside the two persons room and needing to pay the car parking fee.
