Basic hotel, bad experience

Liked: Good location, close to but not in town.
Disliked: Arrived for a legal conference in the city and there was a 3 day blues fest at the hotel. Music and loud noises all night. Very disappointed I wasn't told earlier, I would have stayed somewhere else. Probably should have been offered a discount or free cancellation

Good breakfast ~ average room

Liked: Breakfast was one of the better i’ve had. Good selection and fresh. The room was clean on arrival and I can’t really fault the general facilities.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were some of the worst i’ve ever used. The cleaners even though leaving the card out to clean the room still never came once. We had to ask for towels and a clean sheet due to the lack of cleaners.

Liked: Staff is really nice!
Disliked: We had a whole in a wall in our room and I think there is a mold on bathroom wall. Also I think blankets are a bit too small I'm 1.89m and I have to squeeze myself to be under it.

Liked: Reception was great and breakfast good as usual. The early breakfast if you had v early flight was poor.We also saw the maid on our floor sneeze into the trolley of new towels and not attempt to cover her mouth which was disgusting
