Very Disappointing Experience

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Our reservation was cancelled just one day before our arrival, leaving us with almost no time to make alternative arrangements. The hotel offered a replacement, but it was a poor substitute—nowhere near the standard or location we had originally booked, and it did not meet our expectations at all.Because of the last-minute cancellation, we were forced to spend significantly more to find a suitable place to stay. The entire situation was stressful and avoidable, and the lack of accountability from the hotel was deeply disappointing. Reliability and transparency are the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this property failed on both fronts.

Disliked: I didnt enjoy my stay. The bed was uncomfortable and there wasn't any light coming from outside into the room. The room felt stuffed and we couldn't open the window.
