THE WORST

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Disliked: EVERYTHING

Disappointing

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation, elevator off so laundry not available, restaurant closed, business center, fitness room not available. Patio ran the length of the building outside the 1st floor rooms but dirty. Lovely view of the backs of businesses including a restaurant about 40' away. A local residential facility had a fire and the Clarion gave them rooms which is wonderful. They also gave them the breakfast room which was not disclosed at check-in. I was looking for a calm, relaxing, slightly luxurious stay which the Clarion is known for and was extremely disappointed. I often stay at a Sleep Inn or Quality Inn both half the price of the Clarion. The desk staff are genuinely friendly not behaving as if you're disturbing them. The days I stayed were worth about $48/night, not the $99 & $158 I was charged.

Disliked: dated. No operational pool

Liked: Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: There was a stain on the rug and missing light bulbs

Disliked: hotel seemed closed. only about 20 cars there. in poor condition.

Liked: Was close to dining options
Disliked: FILTHY. Big stain on carpet that looked like blood. Remote control was disgusting. The tv wouldnt turn on unless the entry light switch was turned on. The bath tub had a coating of scum that could be wiped off with a tissue

Disliked: No elevator service to my floor. Forced to climb 3 sets of stairs with luggage and handicap.

Liked: Furniture was decent
Disliked: Location difficult to find Carpets in room and halls old and NOT vacuumed

Don't do it

Liked: The beds were super comfortable and the staff was very nice
Disliked: Not the greatest...had a few girls ask my husband if he was looking for a "good time" we had a young girl stock us from the hotel to Applebee's and back sat outside restaurant waiting so that was creepy we also had are child with us, the whole place is under renovation so NOTHING is open really should only charge $50/night if that.

BOTCHED STAY

Liked: NOTHING! Except restaurants walking distant.
Disliked: When reservations were made I thought I was getting a double room with 4 queen beds along with a sofa bed, pools, and continental breakfast. Informed them that I had 6 kids and 1 adult. I got 2 separate rooms that where far apart with 2 beds each room. Once I got there is when I was told about the separate rooms. They wouldnt accomadate me with a joining room or a pull out bed and remind you I had 6 kids that wanted to stay in the same room. The room that the girls stayed in had no AC and that weekend it was in the 90's. The bathroom kept flooding. One of the other plans were for the girls to enjoy the pool. Notified when I got there no pool either. Found out later no restaurant when the website has restaurant and continental breakfast. No breakfast either. The manager said no accomodations will be made since it was Bookings.com mistake not there's. O yeah the room next to my room was a joining room that was vacant, but yet I was told every room was booked. Not sure how it was ALL Booking.com mistake when the room reservations was botched, no AC, flooded bathroom, no pool, no breakfast. And, the rooms were still costly. Never again will I stay there.
