Clarion Hotel Sudbury

Disappointing

Liked: Beds were comfy and staff was kind and friendly.
Disliked: Old, dated, dirty and not in a very safe location.

Would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: N/A, we were told that breakfast did not come with our stay
Disliked: The parking lot entrance to the building was littered with trash; the property grounds were filled with weeds, there was a bench or picnic table right outside the hotel entrance. Kids were loitering there with barking dogs, they were all smoking (not the dog!). The area inside the front door and in the front desk area was dark.

Disliked: There was hair in our shower and staying on our chairs and lamps

Liked: Location, clean quiet room, very helpful staff
Disliked: Hallways and elevator need regular cleaning.

Place is like a dump

Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Place looks like a dump and is falling apart.!Does not feel safe.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Overrun with homeless individuals. Full encampment with 3 active fires all night. No safety lock on the room door. Sticky tape all over the carpets. One mattress broken. Sheets were torn. One elevator out of service. No ice machines.

Cheap but not a good...

Liked: Cheap, relatively clean
Disliked: There’s a tent city right behind hotel .. when you go outside you constantly harnessed by homeless people and there is no security keeping them out of the parking lot
