Comfy, warm and welcoming

Liked: A quick one night stop that has left a very good impression. Stian the receptionist was welcoming polite and very helpful as we arrived let. He gave useful tips for our hike the next day. Bed was very comfy, Shower - hot and powerful. And the most amazing part- Breakfast. All staff throughout the hotel were very warm and pleasant. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises. Breakfast was very nice

Liked: Nice location, great breakfast, great views from the skybar on the 14th floor
Disliked: There was an absence of management and people at reception. I was overcharged on two occasions on our first night. My husband and I ordered a meal in the social restaurant. We ordered a bottle of chablis and i didn’t notice at first but we were given a bottle of Chardonnay viognier instead, which was very nice, but it was about 150 KR cheaper. Then when we received the bill we were charged for the Chablis. I made the restaurant manager aware of this and we received an apology and we were correctly charged. After the meal we had a drink in the seating area of the bar and a few drinks, including the bottle of the same wine we drank at the meal, but when I paid the bill, i was again charged for a bottle of Chablis again. I was not happy and the waitress gave us half a bottle of the same wine as recompense. This was very disappointing and a bit suspicious. We didnt eat or drink in the bar again for the remaining part of our holiday.
