Clarion Hotel Stavanger

Good

Liked: Mostly okay hotel.
Disliked: The hotel had no airco which would have been nice given the price class. Given the temperature we left the window open but there was a lot of noise. The pillows were not very practical: one was very small and too soft; the other very big and too hard. All in all I did not sleep very well what is of course still the main reason to stay in a hotel.

Love it

Liked: Truly wonderful—some hotels genuinely enhance the joy of a trip, and this hotel is a perfect example. The staff’s behavior was exceptionally courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and most importantly, the hotel is very close to all major tourist attractions and parking areas.

Liked: Convient location. We stayed for one night walking distance to the harbour and all the restaurants and bars. Good value great breakfast.

Disliked: Shelves next to bed are tiny and hold nothing.Mini bar overpriced and expensive for what you get

Liked: Great breakfast and nice cocktails in the rooftop bar.
Disliked: Worn-out interior, smelling flooring and aircon is not working sufficient.

Close to everything that matters!

Liked: Fine place to stay in the heart of Stavanger. Nearby parking for pay at P - St Olavs. Great breakfast with lots of choices and fresh fruit of several varieties. Easy walk to the waterfront for a myriad of dining choices.

Exceptional

Liked: The service is brilliant!!The breakfast is really fabulous - assortment and taste !! Bravo!!!
