It worked for our needs...

Liked: The location was convenient to Central Station. The room decor was nice and the bed was comfortable.The staff was helpful and nice.
Disliked: When we came to check-in, well after the 3PM check-in time, our room was not ready. At the check-in desk, the staff was very friendly and said it would be, “only 5 minutes,” for us to wait while house keeping finished. So we waited and then she gave us our room key. When we got up to our room, housekeeping was still vacuuming and cleaning our room, so we went to a family member’s room to leave our luggage and head to our scheduled appt time in the city. We had hoped to be able to freshen up in our room before heading out, but it wasn’t possible to be in our room until close to 4PM and by that time we really needed to leave to get across Stockholm for our booked time at another place.A maintenance issue in the bathroom should be checked in room 458. The bathroom floods when the shower/bathtub drains. So there was a flooded bathroom floor around the tub and over to the toilet after using the shower/bath.We specifically booked your hotel because of it having a pool. I saw online there was a charge to use the pool, and that was fine. But, I was not able to find specific info about it online. I messaged the hotel to ask about the charge before our visit and did not receive a response. We were SHOCKED that it would be nearly 400kr per person/per use to swim while we stayed there. I do not think I would stay at this hotel again in the future, nor recommend it. There were so many tour groups that the breakfast area was busy, messy and way over-crowded. I would suggest having the 2nd floor breakfast area available for large tour groups and perhaps keeping the first floor for individuals and families. The food was nice, and the staff were really friendly, but the atmosphere was a bit messy/rough.

Liked: Location was good - close to the train station. Hotel could use an upgrade.
Disliked: Room temperature in the family room was terrible. It was very hot and cramped. Furthermore, the room was in a corridor with loads of bed sheet carts. We asked to be moved and staff were accommodating. Hotel should find proper storage for these carts rather than leaving them in the guest corridors (fire hazard.)

Disliked: The value for money, I would say it was way overpriced. Breakfast had big selection but overall quantity was not that good
