Good

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The room was really nice and the staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was awesome. The pool was awesome too.
Disliked: This was a handicap room, I would have thought it would have a tall toilet, but it didn't. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair behind the door that looked like it had been there for a while.

Liked: Location was good—pretty setting
Disliked: Facility was run down and not very clean. Ceiling over shower looked like it was about to “ cave in”. Hallway was sticky like something had been spilled on it. We reported it on day one to front desk. They said they would take care of it. We were there for four days and it was never mopped.

Liked: Nothing at all since the amenities we booked it for did not work or was closed
Disliked: The indoor pool was disgusting. The cushions are stained up and mold growing in base of the entire pool building. Hot tub did not work. Restaurant and lounge were close. Which is did not disclose while looking at the hotel website.
