Liked: The location was excellent. Walking distance to most touristy stuff. Close to the Palladium shopping mall which had a good variety of shops and dining options.Good tram connections.
Disliked: "double" bed was two singles pushed together so I kept falling in the gap. Having two single duvets was pretty annoying

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect, just a 20-30 min walk from the old city and from the train station. The staff were also incredibly nice, kind anad polite. If I ever return to Prague, and I would without a doubt go back to this hotel.

Everything great, except the beds.

Liked: Loved the room, facilities, location, breakfast, price, staff.
Disliked: Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Me and my husband woke up with back ache every morning. My 6 year old son slept well, though.

Liked: Choosed top floor because of balcony. Great,view from balcony to Old City was excellent. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Expected kettle in the room. Very small cups.
