Disliked: Air-conditioning did not work. When I reported it I got a shrug and the suggestion that I open my window. Zero effort made to resolve.When I arrived, the windows were wide open, so I am assuming that this is a known fault but not mentioned. I had earlier asked for a kate checkout but told it was not possible so it's obvious that the room is going to be occupied again the following nights without informing the guests they too will get a shrug and told to open the windows.

Liked: Very quiet! Good bed! I slept well! Public transport (tram and metro) around the corner and a very helpfull explanation of the public transport by the receptionist.
Disliked: No tables for single travellers in the breakfastroom. A bar would be nice for the evenings ( for single business travelers)

Liked: The mattress was super comfy and super silent. Breakfast was also very good
Disliked: The shower head points straight out and not able to adjust it. It made the bathroom floor wet
