Exceptional

I was not that impressed....

Liked: Location
Disliked: Value for the room and price did not equal. Very small room in the back on the 6th floor attic small room with a bathroom that was made out of a large closet did not equate the price. Although the hotel was 3 to 4 star, the room itself was not the greatest for price. I might add no AC. The best thing about the property was location and the breakfast.

Liked: I have stayed this property many times,and will return again. If traveling by train the location is unbeatable. It is also within walking distance to the city center shopping and restaurant district, and outside the hotel you can take the charming trams to practically anywhere in the city. I also like the beds, and the rooms in the old part of the hotel. Service was impeccable, and special thanks to Mattias who helped make our stay enjoyable.
Disliked: Breakfast is plentiful but chaotic. The a/c was insufficient during a hot summer spell. Only the noisy outdoor bar was open — no place to have a drink in a more quiet setting.

Disliked: Air conditioning in room was weak and not cool, which actually made it fairly unpleasant spending time in the room during the hot weather. Food in the main restaurant was incredibly salty and not actually possible to finish it - for reference this was the burger and chips The hotel is very large and very busy, and at times the number of fellow customers was quite overwhelming, but given that I was one of them, I can’t really complain!

Liked: The hotel is centrally located and close to the train station.
Disliked: The room was very warm, and I didn’t sleep well throughout the entire trip. Housekeeping needs improvement as the room was quite dusty.
