Disliked: No sauna, pool, and no outside yard access!!.

Living in a construction zone...

Liked: The location, we have stayed here before and really liked the motel.
Disliked: To start with it is being remodeled and we did not know that. We noticed things like mildew smells around the elevators, baseboard and wallpaper being tore down, but we got to our room. It seemed fine then we tried to sleep out of the four nights that we stayed there, the fire alarm went off, we thought there was a fire each time we had to go out in the middle of the night wake ourselves up. Find other people find out if there was really a fire as you can imagine we did not get much sleep. No one called our room to say there was not a fire or acted like it was a big problem. When we finally contacted the front desk to find out what was wrong they said well since you complained, we will have the manager help you out probably with a refund or something. We never heard from the manager or received any type of compensation, so I guess that was just a story that they tell everyone. The motel should’ve been shut and should be shut now until the remodel is finished.

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Moved us to a better room to escape the chemical smell from the remodeling and parking lot work
Disliked: It seemed ready for the remodel and updates
