Disliked: No storage on the room just a few hangers on an open railBath sheets would be a good although the bath towels aren’t the smallest we have had!

Liked: Breakfast is great, facilities are in great condition, location is right next to the Munch museum and in a newer area of Oslo and walking distance from the train station. Staff is, as always, impeccable. Stayed here 3 times, will be my chosen location for future trips to Oslo.
Disliked: Personal preference, but the bedding and duvets are too warm; this is an issue I've experienced all over Norway as, traditionally, the temperature indoors falls too much on the warm side for my personal preference. The efficient AC helped mitigate this.

Lovely stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Perfect location for us, right next to the Opera House and Munch Museum and only five minutes from the train station. The hotel is kept to a high standard, very clean and modern throughout. The room was a fair size for the price, bed was comfy, bathroom clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold options and catering to many dietary requirements. The bar attached to the hotel was very nice, a good place to unwind with a cocktail after a day's sightseeing. Staff were all helpful and friendly, and being able to store our luggage after checkout was a huge plus.
Disliked: There was very little not to like. My only complaints would probably be the lack of tea facilities in the room (coffee machine, no kettle or tea bags) but that could just be my anglo-centric view! Would have been nice to have robes in the room especially as the bath towels were on the small side. Also no complimentary bottled water in the room. These are very minor complaints though!

Amazing place to stay!

Liked: This hotel is amazing. Lovely central location, almost next to the Opera and only 5 minutes walk from Central Train Station, so super convenient if you comming by train from the airport.The views from our room were incredible - beautiful location.Room was spacious, extremely clean. Bathroom had floor heating and Rituals cosmetics tp use.Nespresso's coffee machine was great, and mini bar full of local stuff. Buffet breakfast is to die for! Huge selection of everything. Hot and cold dishes, amazing selection of fish, crispy fresh bread, fresh juces, even brownies and cookies :D We loved it. Staff very helpfull and friendly.
Disliked: We booked Deluxe Double Room, but received a Twin. After contacting reception we been told that hotel is fully booked and they won't be able to move us. It was disappointing as we booked this room way in advance.Mini Bar charges should be display somewhere, as you will only be able to see them after you start "digging " in a tv menu.Not very easy to find. On the first glance it looks like items in the fridge are included in the price of the room, but they are not.
