Very good

Liked: Great breakfast, able to request for an electric kettle, location, front desk Jasmine was nice and warm.
Disliked: We lost water on the morning we are leaving. I can’t get hold of anyone when I called from our room. I went in the lobby and waited few minutes until someone came out. I was told to follow up in 5-10 minutes since we were not the only one having an issue. We decided to have breakfast . After the breakfast, I asked the guy who was in the lobby ( not sure if he’s front desk person). Unfortunately, he has no definitive information about how long the problem will be and what options we have since we are leaving in 30 minutes. He said we can use the restroom in the lobby (no shower option ). It is disappointing that we were left to deal with the problem. It may have been a rare problem. I suggest the manager come up with a contingency plan for future incidents like this.

Liked: The place is wonderful, everything is easily accessible. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. 10/10
Disliked: No parking, you have to pay 450kr per 24hours (underground parking).

Liked: Super convenient location! Room and toilet was spacious, tastefully done! Best hotel breakfast buffet I ever had!!! Will totally stay here again when I’m back in Oslo. Highly recommended!
