Nice place needs work.
Liked: Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Booking.com claimedIt was air conditioned and it was not. Room was uncomfortably hot. Mini fridge did not work. Not a single fan available in the hotel.

Superb
Liked: Probably the best hotel where I have stayed in recent times. There was everything necessary in the room, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was working (important because we have stayed there when it was 28 degrees outside in Oslo), and the food at breakfast was good. The location of this hotel is superb. With all said, the price for the night is probably reasonable.
Disliked: The only thing I can say is that it was sometimes quite crowded at breakfast. But maybe it is because everyone woke up at the same time.

Came for the breakfast, but...
Liked: Absolutely loved the breakfast- although I wish it was open at 7:00am daily for all the early risers and jet lagged travelers. Also, the staff were amazing! So attentive and responsive to questions and needs. They offered to assist us with an issue personally, which I really appreciated. It made us feel like we were VIP guests. Staff always has a smile- it really matters and this hotel nailed it!
Disliked: Here's what I didn't enjoy..the warm room. The AC was not working properly and it was so hot!! When I mentioned it to the front desk, they were aware and offered ice anytime. This was so kind, and we took the staff up on this every day. I was surprised that they already knew but hadn't informed the guests. I would have appreciated a note under the door with something like, "Hey traveler, the AC is moody and not working at its best. Please feel free to get some ice at the front desk to cool off. And, if you need a fan, let us know. We're here for you!"Also, our room door did not lock properly. When we left the room, it did not automatically lock. We tested it several times and on different days. Ultimately, we had to switch the deadbolt on and off immediately before closing the door when leaving. We were not alone in this interesting lock scenario, friends staying on another floor had a similar experience. We mentioned it to the front desk and they said it was "technology".Something I was curious about is why there is no way to contact the staff from the room...many hotels have a phone to call down. It seems that guests must come down to the front desk to inquire about things. I would have liked to see a 1 page paper with details on: How to access wifi, how to contact front desk, and how to use public transport to see Oslo. The trifold QR code was an unexpected presentation for information and wasn't intuitive, nor did it have all the info one typically needs from a hotel room.

miserable couldn't sleep, too humid,...
Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Advertise Air Conditioning do not have air-conditioning. Seems like all of the hotels in Norway are not to be believed. Will never go there again.

It was nice but not...
Liked: Good location and great breakfast!
Disliked: The room was warm and I had to open the windows. Due to the location, it was very loud outside. Also, the refrigerator did not work. The ice machines were out of order.
