Beautiful room in comfortable hotel...

Liked: Comfortable room with 3 chairs, a long desk, and a table! Great breakfast! The location was right in center of town!
Disliked: There was no easily accessible electric plug next to the bed; the plug was behind the headboard.

Liked: It was clean enough. The location is great. Nice that there is a little gym. Decent coffee.
Disliked: The biggest minus for me is that the room was stuffy and hot, it was impossible to open the window, the AC either does not work or is centrally reduced to a minimum. The staff could not help in any way. This was important for me, because in such a condition it is literally impossible for me to sleep. So, I suppose, I paid for a night in a hotel room where I could not sleep. The shower holder was broken, water flows out of it. There is no kettle - the room needs to be upgraded to have a kettle. I guess that in order to have air in the room, the room also needs to be upgraded. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets are very thick for summer.At breakfast, knäckebröd and digestive cookies were chewy, they have been open for a while. There were also flies all over the fruits.

Liked: The breakfast is excellent to start the day. Highly recommend it. The check out is quick and easy. The staff has great attitude to welcome and answer all questions and help us to keep our luggage after the check out time, so we can continue to explorer the beautiful city for our afternoon train.
Disliked: It is smaller than the same Clarion hotel in other cities based on my knowledge. It is an older hotel. I might stay in another hotel closer to the castle with the free dinner for a little bit more price.
