Good quiet location with great...

Liked: Spa facilities
Disliked: The bed was too soft and rooms too hot. staff hadn’t mentioned breakfast was cheaper if pre booked.

Disliked: Room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot. Noisy fridge.

Liked: Location, peaceful room, hotel not too big, all the facilities we required

Ok but overpriced!

Liked: Room was a good size and comfortable Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep
Disliked: Bland and never felt at home!

Don't eat if you stay,...

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly. The room itself was clean
Disliked: Some staff unapproachable, plasters and tiles sat at the pool edge/in the steam room. The food is microwaved in the evening and breakfast was a complete disaster we took food off the hot plate to sit down to find it was cool to Luke warm, nobody had turned the food whilst we wer there, everything looked dry, chef done temp probe checks....well chucked the probe in a sausage...not the centre....then into the eggs for less then 2 seconds....without cleaning the probe. Staff informed we wer refunded the breakfasts and told it'd be dealt with...but even having our coffee nobody had done anything about this and food still sat untouched and cool (obviously below temp when we bit into them so unsure how chef allowed food to remain out)The bed was lumpy, uncomfortable, pillows soo thick they gave neck ache.I wouldn't recommend

Liked: Comfortable room, pool, gym, steam room. Close to supermarket
Disliked: Nowhere safe to keep bicycles other than locked to a pole in the rain/carpark
