Disliked: Though it was close to the terminal for ferry to Tallinn, it was actually quite a distance from the city centre (5km round trip walk)Staff while helpful were often curt

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was filled with different products for everyone to choose from (lactose intolerant, vegan, gluten free). Amazingly quiet rooms and clean rooms. Good gym and sauna. And also, you can literally take ice from the ice maker machines in the hallway. Ritual products complimented the place and was very nieche all together.

Really luxurious and welcoming

Liked: The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooftop pool is small but fantastic with amazing views. The room was really comfortable, with a great view and even had blackout curtains.The breakfast was excellent with a really wide range of food, juice and hot drink options including a lot of gluten-free foods.
Disliked: The location is a little bit out of the way, but it's right next to a tram stop and a 5 minute journey to Helsinki train station.The views more than make up for the slight inconvenience of the location.

Great hotel with an AMAZING...

Liked: The view from the room and the delicious breakfast. We travel the world and this was the best breakfast experience ever. Front end staff helpful and freindly.
Disliked: The room was on the small side and somewhat dated but overall excellent.
