Liked: Price and close location to Carowinds amusement park
Disliked: Booking.com lists as breakfast included, but there is none. Room dirty and smelled bad. Room only illuminated by table lamps...1 of 3 not working. Peeling paint and hole in wall. Toilet seat held on by 1 bolt. I appreciated low price, but may have been worst room I have stayed in that is part of a national chain.

Liked: The light when you came into the room didn't work. The shower did not get hot. We were woken up at 9 am by housekeeping pounding on our door asking if we were checking out today. Check out want till 11am so I don't know why we were woken up at 9am. Definitely won't be staying there again

Needs lots of deep cleaning.

Liked: The staff that checked us in was nice.
Disliked: It was disgusting. Idk when the last time the room was swept or vacuumed. My one year old kept finding random small things everywhere. The room n hotel just looked trashy, beat up n not clean.
