Liked: When we had an issue with our room it was corrected immediately with a new room.
Disliked: One bed was broken and not enough towels for the 4 guests in the room and no wash cloths.

Immediately after check in, we realized the room keys didn't work. I went down to the front and was told it was because I held them too close to my phone. The front desk programed the keys again and said he would come up to make sure I got into the room. The keys still didn't work, and the manager then had to use his master key to get us into the room. He took our keys and told us he would get us working keys in the morning. I called down to the front desk to see about a late check out. I was told every hour past noon was roughly 15 dollars an hour. I said at that point, that we would check out at two. At 9:30AM, housekeeping knocked on the door for the first time asking if we were checking out and roughly every 30 minutes after that as well. I told them that we were checking out late. It wasn't until roughly 11:45 that I was told we wouldn't be able to check out late. And, that check out was actually at 11:00AM (mind you even the book in the room said 12, as did my booking email). I was also told that it would be $50 per hour to stay late. I said bare minimum that I needed to shower as did my girlfriend, and they said that if I could get out by 12:30 it would only be $25. When I walked down to the lobby at 12:27 to check out, staff did not even say anything they just looked at me. When I said I needed a receipt to show that I had checked out, they gave me a receipt from when I checked in without check out time on it. They also tried to tell me that they couldn't give me corporate number. I will never be staying here again and I will tell everyone I know not to stay here. One of the worst experiences I have had.
Liked: I mean, at least it was close.
Disliked: The staff was horrible, rude, and not knowledgeable at all.

Between our room getting triple booked, dirty linens and towels, and the chronic lack of service or at times any staff at all, this was one of the worst experiences we've ever had!
Liked: Complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms after 10 hours of being there and settled in.

Your shuttle service is the best!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, good breakfast, great price, close to downtown!
Disliked: Wasn't able to control room temperature, very hot!
