Comfortable hotel situated right at...

Liked: Right at the airport so brilliant for overnight transit. Very comfortable.
Disliked: All good

OK, but not as nice...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. The convenience of being at the airport was great. The staff responded quickly when we had an issue, but it was unfortunate that we needed them. The room was quiet.
Disliked: The hotel felt a bit rundown, and in our case our tub flooded the bathroom when it drained. The phone to the front desk didn't work, so I had to get dressed and run downstairs. We were immediately given a new room, and were told it was an upgrade, but other than feeling a bit nicer and being on a higher floor it was a similar room, and also a bit dated. They did not offer us any discount or money back, which would have been appreciated given the circumstances.

A great hotel with spacious...

Liked: This is probably one of the best breakfast buffets around. Easy access to the city with the metro and extremely easy access to Copenhagen Airport. Good location close to Øresund.
Disliked: Make sure you check out if the room safe works or not before you put your stuff into it and lock it.

Will definitely plan to stay...

Liked: Super location to Copenhagen airport, very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent!
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was really amazing though Social Diner dinner menu seemed lacking. Only one pizza offering, one entree salad, limited seafood.

Convenient for late night arrival...

Liked: Clean and spacial. Facilities are adequate. It is very convenient for Copenhagen airport transfer. Breakfast is ample and good.
Disliked: One of the beds in our room made creaky noises with every movement.
