Disappointing

Not worth it

Liked: Staff was standoff, we went to eat breakfast at 8:40 and they were closing up kitchen even though it closes at 9 the staff lady kept asking my friend what was our room number multiple times as if we shouldn’t be there. Then everyone got kicked out at 9 staff lady told everyone “kitchen and breakfast area is closed you guys are welcome to take your plates to your room or something” we all took our food and walked out with the plates in our hands very uncomfortable and unprofessional

A quick stay

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and professional
Disliked: The room was loud. Between the AC coming on, the garage truck, and the freeway I did not have the best sleep. Also I think it was very unprofessional that a lady told everyone we had to leave the morning breakfast hall at exactly 9am when the breakfast was over.

Liked: Inexpensive and close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Can get noisy on the weekends as people seem to party in the parking lot or downstairs

Horrible , outdated and unsafe

Liked: Still old and out dated , they give you nasty , jail food and the Hispanic racist lady that works in the kitchen acts like she owns the place . Rude people that acknowledge the Hispanics but no one else . If you are Hispanic she will not bother you . Racist .
Disliked: Everything, I had to get my room changed at 12 am because they had thugs and pimps next door to me smoking weed and watching my room . Weird , unsafe vibes . This place is trash

Disliked: Had to change rooms big inconvenience the shower knob got stuck would not turn nor move water was running for almost two hours couldn’t shower maintenance guy was gone called the front desk 3 times after almost two hours the lady came she couldn’t move the knob either. Also the paint was coming off in the bathroom by the sink. When I checked out asked if I can get some type of discount for the big inconvenience the lady immediately said no and was very rude.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was awesome, I can’t remember her name, but that’s the best I’ve ever been treated there upon checking in, I needed a couple AA batteries, she actually gave me a couple which meant the world to me, five stars for that employee
