I want to know if...
Liked: I booked a hotel room and used my card for secured my staying, they couldn’t take over the phone payment so I cancel the reservation. But some how someone of the staff had a hold of my card information and kept trying to steal money for my card, I call the hotel and made a complaint but I haven’t heard anything back.

Disliked: Horrid front desk interactions w TOM. Personally did not even attempt to accommodate a handicap request due to disabilities causing excruciating pain during entire visit secondly did not advise of discounted rate because booking was online even though cancellation there was free during this family crisis and thirdly being the face of the company it just seems that there would be someone who is a problem solver able to provide a pleasant experience and this has been the most horrific simply because of his lack of effort and the customer service fe fieldwhy is he at the front desk we're still wondering that

will never stay there again,...
Disliked: my boyfriend and I were suppose to stay for 2 nights friday til sunday. the first room they put us in the door was broke and it didnt lock at all and the room was not clean so they moved us to another room, got in that room and the bathroom tub/shower sides was all scrapping off, we woke up the next morning and had both been bitten and swollen. We went downstairs and showed them and told them and said we were checking out and wanted a refund and they gave us a number we need to call on tuesday because it was reserved with a credit card and the manager has to do that and he wont be available to talk til tuesday, so i will be calling first thing tomorrow on tuesday to try to get a refund.

Very good reasonable price accomodation
Liked: Nicest lady at the front desk even though she had to sit right in front doorway and it was freezing. Beds were very comfy and it was surprisingly quiet being so close to interstate. Btw I stayed here about 40 years ago and not much had changed. Nice room.
Disliked: Hallways a little dirty on carpets. Weather was nasty with snow and ice and this could have contributed
