Hit & Runs @ Clarion...

Liked: Very clean room nice hotel
Disliked: My car was parked & hit on there property, very upset about this because I have yet to view the cameras or speak to anyone on the management level about my car invovled in a car crash that occurred after I just checked in. I arrived at 3:30PM to find my car damaged at 6:40PM. I called the authorities but they are unable to do anything because they can not view the cameras until the manager becomes available. I stayed on 10/9/22 and I still have not spoke to anyone from the hotel as of yet.

Good location, good front desk...

Liked: The property was conveniently located near the big E. The front desk staff was polite and as helpful as they could be with some of our issues.
Disliked: The water park was only open 12-3pm & 4-7pm. The young lifeguards were rarely actually watching the people in the pool and on the water slides, they were on their cellphones most of the time. There was no lifeguard at the top of the slides, kids going down multiple at a time, crashing into each other at the bottom. They also closed up the water park at least 15 minutes prior to the 7pm closing time. Breakfast was included in the room price but there was a very limited option of pre packed items that weren’t at all nutritional (no fruit or real juice - sugar loaded bread type items with sugar loaded koolaid). Also the breakfast was behind the counter & had to wait for staff to return to select items. No cream cheese or toaster for bagels offered. Upon entering my room there were toiletries on the sink that appeared to be pre used, dirty toilet paper on the roll and only one curtain opened for the “water park view”. The second room I paid for had a remote that didn’t belong to the TV and the air conditioning had to be fixed before working properly.

Not worth the price.

Disliked: The location. The breakfast. The price. Breakfast was not what was expected for the price I paid. For almost $500 there could have been a complete better breakfast.

The worst hotel stay I...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: TV didn't work, AC didn't work, scary people hanging out in the parking lot, lights and electrical outlets not working, rug was sticky when you walk barefoot, no water pressure in the shower. For the price I ended up paying, I should have stayed at the Hilton! Never will return. Quality Inn lets you use the pool with no charge, $40 a day for 2 is rediculious.

Disliked: windows we’re dirty , the plugs in the room were broken , the WiFi wasn’t good, no breakfast included even though it said that before I booked and definitely was over charged , overall just wasn’t good very outdated hotel
