Quality Inn and Conference Center Greeley Downtown

Absolutely terrible experience and I honestly can say I don't have anything good to say about this hotel. Everything was filthy; it smelled like smoke; the carpet was coming up; the corner of the bed was broken; the trim/carpet was falling off the wall; the dresser drawer was hanging off; there was BLOOD all over the carpet; there was a box of Mike and Ike's under the mattress; the bed had dirt or bug droppings, hair and stains. I didn't complain because I knew moving to a different room would not fix the problem because it appeared the whole place was filthy and falling apart. I rented 2 rooms and would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

Liked: Short walk to Moxi, otherwise awful.
Disliked: Everything.

We had read ahead of time the negative comments about the train noise but we didn't think it was an issue. Only noticed it once during the night. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and nice. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. They said it was over at 10:00 but they kept bringing out more food for latecomers. Room was clean and well appointed. Desk crew was friendly and helpful. We owned a motel in Boulder for 30 years so could be critical, but honestly found nothing to complain about. Only our stampede experience was disappointing.

Disappointing

Liked: The location on town is near to all the good places.
Disliked: The rooms they are not on a good conditions as they looks on the pictures when you're booking.

My truck almost fell into...

Disliked: The breakfast bar could been better other than just waffle and the location of the parking in the parking is in the back of the hotel so you have to walk all the way to the front of the hotel and the potholes are in the parking lot

Do not stay here.

Liked: The bed was reasonably comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and kind.
Disliked: The place is a mess. There was trash everywhere. Two trash receptacles at the rear entrance by the parking lot were overflowing for days. Everything is damaged, bathroom doors in multiple rooms appear to have been kicked and/or punched. No screens on many windows, dangerous upper floor windows that open completely. Grime and dirt on walls and furniture. Sticky floors in rooms. There are people who seem to be living there who use drugs and alcohol openly in common areas. There were seemingly unhoused people lurking around the place and drinking alcohol, listening to music, some with dogs.

Will not stay at this...

Disliked: I did not like the fact that there was a homeless guy trying to get close to us and hand us a plastic bag with something in it walked into the front desk and did the same thing he kept pointing to our vehicle and i asked the person in front desk to ask the police officers and she would not and would not do it, the odor of the room was terrible we got ready to go to bed and there was blood on the sheets of the bed
