Overall a good experience, staff...

Disliked: paying extra for parking and no free breakfast

Location is great, but everything...

Liked: Definitely convenient to get to the convention center, the Marriot, and Disneyland. There are a lot of places to eat around if not inside the hotel since it has specific hours. We walked around a lot which is a plus. The pool was very spacious and deep which we appreciated. And they do have a 24/7 self service incase you do happen to forget something but it's a bit pricey. For the one time we went for their breakfast buffet, the servers were superb!
Disliked: The room is definitely outdated, and I really hated how small the bathroom is. The toilet literally is close to the door, and it takes a million times to flush down paper. Also the chair/desk placement really makes no sense to block the walkway as it made it hard for us to get around so we moved it away. The bed is okay not the greatest. Our room was next to the pool so we heard noises well past midnight. The front desk staff was great during check in, but after that they were glued to their phone and not friendly, especially when I asked for housekeeping for one day. The gym is very small and one was broken which already made it worse. Parking is a bit pricey per day. Honestly I would only come back if I needed it for convenience for Disneyland and/or Convention.

A Comfy Retreat

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The area shuttle picks up right out front. We have stayed many times over the years and will stay again. It feels cozy, safe and like a comfy retreat after a long day at Disneyland. It's also a great value compared to other hotels in the area.
Disliked: The only issue we had was having to wait for a few minutes for a space to become available to park the car so we could check in. It wasn't a big deal though.

Budget friendly.

Liked: The price and location are fabulous! Loved that all of the lights and outlets worked. The in room fridge was a great size!In walking distance to the Disney Parks, but also across the street from the free Disney shuttle to the parks(Toy Story parking lot).The pool was cooler than expected, but felt great on 90°+F days. It was also a lot deeper than expected.
Disliked: The bathroom was so small I couldn't walk in and close the door. I had to either climb in the shower or shimmy to the side of the toilet. The door also didn't like to lock while in the bathroom. Also, no exhaust fan. Wasn't a fan of the missing security lock for kids on the balcony door either. My son took full advantage of this!The AC wasn't as strong as I'd like it, but it did work. The beds were small(could've sworn we booked 2 queen beds.) We got doubles at best. Oh, and while it was free of pests, there was no mattress protector or bed bug protectors on the beds.Would've loved a microwave in the room, but they for have a great one in the lobby for guest use.

Liked: The hotel was super clean, staff was very helpful and room was comfortable
Disliked: A/C units were a little confusing to use
