Liked: The staffs were very helpful and friendly, and I felt welcomed. The location is very convenient to me as the event I attended was held in Anaheim Convention Center. I was clumsy and forgot to bring the room keys a few times, the staff were patient enough to assist me getting back into my room.

Good but needs some improvement...

Liked: The size of the bedroom, size of the bathroom, almost no noise from outside, and the staff were friendly
Disliked: One of the mattresses was super old and worn out, therefore, it was uncomfortable. Also, the blackout curtains were only on one of the windows, the other one had only a beige curtain so sunlight came through the windows pretty early in the day.
