Liked: Clean rooms and quiet.
Disliked: For the price paid there should have been a complimentary breakfast - even cheaper hotels offer that.

Quick taxi/Uber ride to Old Port. Great location, room was clean and quiet.

Liked: Quiet; clean; on site parking.
Disliked: Bar doesn't open until 4p.m.

Nice place. Comfortable bed, clean, spacious, convenient, affordable. We will return.

Worked for our weekend visit...

Liked: Great location for our weekend visit to attend a wedding. Overall quiet room except from noise in hallway in morning. Parking was a total mess when we arrived on Thursday due to a nearby concert. Seems property does not prevent non-guests from parking so by 5pm every parking spot was full and hotel guests were just starting to arrive by car.
Disliked: For the price, breakfast should be included! Parking is an issue at times and a real issue during local concert events!

Conveniently located, outdated hotel with...

Liked: The staff were helpful, the location was convenient and the room was large.
Disliked: The hotel smells disgusting. The lobby, hallways and rooms each had their own gross odor. I can see that housekeeping staff are doing their job. Things were very clean. It is evident the smells are another issue altogether. The hotel is extremely outdated. The sense of “better days gone by” is palpable. The air conditioner in our room was so loud I couldn’t sleep until I turned it off which further worsened the staleness and odor in the room.

Liked: Great location to transit center. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall very clean.
Disliked: Some stains in the carpet, however the room was clearly clean and well prepared.
