Great location, comfortable room and...

Liked: Great location very close to the ferry terminal with beautiful views across the harbour to Bryggen. The room was very comfortable with particularly soft pillows. We had a small balcony where you could go outside to take photos of Bryggen. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and it was all delicious.
Disliked: The shower allowed water to run across the bathroom floor.

It's OK for one night...

Liked: Location、breakfast.
Disliked: Room very dark, not enough lights. Too warm, A/C not controllable, tiny shower area, sink clogged, dust on the floor.

Amazing location, staff, views and...

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful - before stay and during. Location amazing for walking and if you have a water facing room for view. Breakfast omg!
Disliked: Outsides of windows could have been cleaner but really no big deal, hotel was perfect.

Liked: Great location, service, and facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of goodies, including GF.
Disliked: The fact that without a phone in the room you cannot easily call for any room service.
