Liked: The annex is perfect for families and groups.

Worth the price!

Liked: Close to everything, price is fair, quiet residencial area, friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast and diner!
Disliked: Maybe elevator could be a bit small.

Comforterable and very homey!!

Liked: We where greeted by Alexander who assisted with our every request, Isabelle made us feel welcome in the morning, her flow I of conversation showed that had research where we came from and that we where only staying one night... we are already planning our next visit.

Liked: Friendly Staff, great breakfast, good location!
Disliked: If you get asked about parking, TELL your customer that there is loading area outside to pick up the garage key with so they don't have to circle for 20 mins or par 10min walk away just to check in or get the key. Don't forget to mention to the customer that there is dinner included and when the times are.

Liked: breakfast was very good, ham, cheese, freshly cooked eggs to order, bread, juices coffee , pastries we could not complain about it, the beds were very comfy, the bathroom was clean , if we needed something they tried to meet the request, overall was good experience apart from dinner that was a bit of a let down
Disliked: Dinners were okay, could be a little bit better also we travel with a toddler and the kids menu was not very good, boiled pasta with meatballs with ketchup on the side which was a bit disappointing

Good location, thin walls

Liked: The hotel is located very close to Östermalms Torg. My room was not in the main hotel, but on Skeppargatan, in a former apartment which has been rebuilt to have about 10 rooms, a living room, a breakfast kitchen and a breakfast room. The single room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but old.
Disliked: My room was next to the kitchen and the walls / door eas thin. Being woken up by the breakfast preparation at 6:30-7:00 on a Synday morning when I planned to sleep in was very disappointing.
