Good stay in the center...

Liked: Breakfast and dinner are amazing. There is a wide choice and food is very tasty. Staff is gentle and helpful. Accommodation location is central and it is very convenient to reach the main station.
Disliked: Rooms are not cleaned everyday meaning that the beds are kept undone during the days. It is mentioned on a paper in the room but I do not see the point not to clean up the room.The hotel is expensive. I recommend it but get ready to spend some money.

Great location, very good value.

Liked: Very good breakfast selection. Good evening meal. Very large room with kitchen facilities. Lovely sofa. Easy location near the Central station.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very good breakfast buffet. Good evening meal buffet included in the price, although the vegetarian option seemed to have been an afterthought and fell short of the standard of the main option. Helpful receptionist who looked out two different mattresses for us (see below). Very good location for the city centre. Parking (expensive) under the hotel.
Disliked: Requested a quiet room on a high floor, several months before our stay. Were allocated a room overlooking the trams and buses at the back, on the same floor as reception and the kitchen - told no other rooms available. The “mattress” on the fairly soft divan base was appalling - the older foam version procured by the receptionist was an improvement but it was not a restful place to sleep. Overall disappointing.

Excellent stay, incredibly friendly.

Liked: A really lovely place to be, with a large, comfortable room. Very friendly staff who even arranged a breakfast pack for me on the day I was departing before breakfast opened. Would 100% recommend.
Disliked: No complaints.
