Very good

Liked: Good location, nice interior in lobby. Possibility to use sauna.
Disliked: Food was not the best. Not enough options for breakfast, dinner too simple (but still it’s good to have it as an option)Pillows were not very comfortable.

Liked: Cleanliness, excelent breakfast and location.

Liked: Its a beautiful hotel and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Very close to everything and we walked everywhere.
Disliked: Our room faced the inside square of the hotel which was very loud. There was a party going on until very late that reverberated up through that area. It was too warm out to close the windows, so it was not a restful night for us.

Liked: Perfect location for exploring Brugge.
Disliked: Dark bathrooms

Great Hotel!

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. We had a room with a lovely water view. The lobby is large with many attractive seating arrangements and a fireplace. Bergen gets a lot of rain/wind so it was very nice to be able to eat at the hotel’s included dinner.
Disliked: We loved everything about the hotel but would have enjoyed an nespresso style coffee maker in the room.

All in all, too expensive...

Liked: Location is good. Just next to the harbour and Briggen. Breakfast was good enough. Stuff were friendly.
Disliked: As there is one lift for all, also is shared with the hotel staff, more stops and times required until you arrive to your room or ground floor. Dinner included, but the level of the food might not you expect and dessert is extra cost, also serving time is between 18-20hour, so a bit early. We decided to go out for dinner.

Fantastic! Great quality and value

Liked: Wonderful amenities! Breakfast, snack and dinner provided was generous, healthy and delicious. Sauna was a fun family activity to warm up after a day hike or out in the rain. Would recommend for families.
Disliked: Elevators slow.
