Splendid hotel

Would definately recommend and stay...

Liked: Great location. Breakfast had plenty of choices and evening meal was just the right balance of soup, salads and a hot dish. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had been notified by the management some weeks before arrival that renovations were being done on two of the floors but apart from seeing the occasional workman there was no disturbance or evidence of work happening. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Excellent breakfast, large and centrally...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, The room was large and the accommodation was centrally located and close to the main railway station. The accommodation had well designed entrance area. The evening meal was good.
Disliked: There was no hand sanitiser at breakfast.

Convenient location to stay!

Liked: Location was good - near stores, restaurants, public transportation, sights. Irene was very helpful when we checked in - very efficient and professional. We requested for a fan, and she had one delivered to our room at once! The room was good too! We had enough space. Love the size of the bathroom - and the shower had a full door. Bed and pillows were comfy!Shout out to Sofia at reception for helping us figure out the parking situation - she was so understanding and patient! And the housekeeping staff, sp one lady, was also great!
Disliked: Breakfast, fika & dinner were ok. Coming from Home Hotel With in Bodo, we expected more from this location since Trondheim is a bigger city. But they made up for service though.

Good value for money, fair...

Liked: Stayed here last year, too. Quite good location, 10 minutes walk from station. Rooms are nice, quite spacious. Dinner is included but please do not expect haute cuisine. On the other hand, the breakfast is as good as you will get anywhere - smoled salmon, herring and mackeral in sauce, along with cheeses, hams, eggs (fried and boiled), beans, sausages, bacon, etc., etc. Cereals, fruit,....
Disliked: The evening meal, but I didn't expect much fr the price. I'd prefer to spend an extra NOK 200 to upgrade it.

I had an excellent stay...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Large variety to choose from. I am a vegetarian, so having selections that I could eat such as yogurt, berries, cereals, several kinds of bread, and fresh fruit was especially appreciated. Also, since the hotel is near the concert hall, I was able to attend a Brahms concert by the Trondheim Symphony Orcestra.
