Terrible experience

Liked: Location was okay. Food was good.
Disliked: The room was horrible! Floor carpet was soaking wet from air conditioner running liquid! Receptionist offered us extra towels to put on the wet floor... This room was smelling terrible, no way to open windows to air it. We soon started to feel dissy to the point of headache and one person vomiting. Around 12 at night we asked again to move us anywhere they have. We was moved, but our evening totally ruined. This room probably have insane amount of mold and should not even be used.. rooms around probably also have mold because it's not a new problem, receptionist said that we were not the first people complaining. Which makes it even worse because they know but still don't do anything. Terrible experience. We was shocked that this is 4 start hotel....

Perfect location for train station,...

Liked: Great location, helpful and friendly staff. We asked to change the room and the front desk were happy to do it for us! Plus they were always available and always smiling! Super happy with the service! Also, great breakfast, constantly replenished. And good honest dinners included if you did not fancy going out. We ate in 2 times out of our 4 nights stay and really enjoyed it. The days' menu is available in reception in advance.
Disliked: Nothing. Just a note that if you like to have a window that you can open then you need to ask for a room with an outside window as opposed to a window into the atrium.

Liked: Everything! amazing breakfast, great ambience, delightful staff especially the receptionist. Perfect position for exploring the city.
Disliked: No charging points in sitting areas.

Excellent place to explore Trondheim....

Liked: We have got spectacular suite instead of booked standard room. It was very spacious with amazing view to fjord, Nidelva and channel as it was located on the roof level. Very helpfull staff, parking place within shopping center connected with the hotel and evening dinner included in room price are attitiude. All major city attractions as Nidelva houses and Nidaros within walking distance.
Disliked: When we stay at amazing apt there was around 20C degrees outside. The suite has many windows but you can not opened even one of them. There is no air condidion and even 2 fans do not provide any comfort to stay when temp is 20 or higher outside.Air condition is a must to be installed there.

Central spot, comfortable, good breakfast,...

Liked: Central, easy to get around and close to cafes and restaurants. Nice big room, good breakfast and helpful reception staff.
Disliked: Room was a bit warm as no air con, however unseasonably great weather which we are not complaining about!
