Overall I was very satisfied...

Liked: The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked having housekeeping weekly instead of daily. Liked location near Metro stop. Liked having breakfast included.
Disliked: Breakfast was adequate but boring. Would have enjoyed more variety from day to day.

We will definitely return and...

Liked: Close to everything, the continental breakfast was big loved it probably one of the biggest ones I’ve ever been to. My daughter was in heaven.
Disliked: Elevators need updating and some maintenance

Liked: Location was great. Near Courthouse Metro station... walking distance. (But up a very steep hill) A few restaurants also within walking distance.
Disliked: Everything was great. Would stay there again. Had a view of the Washington monument in the distance

Excellent!!!

Liked: Loved the room/suite! It was more like an apartment. Could totally separate the living/ dining/ kitchen from the bathroom and bedroom! I was ready to move in!The breakfast was very nice. So many choices and the servers were very friendly and accommodating! If ever I'm in that area again, I'll definitely be staying there again!Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of... the sheets were a little thin, but the comforter was nice, so it worked out okay.

Liked: The room was huge and the beds are comfortable. It's definitely an aging building, but the location is amazing. Took me 7 minutes to get from the hotel to Foggy Bottom in DC during rush hour.
Disliked: Charging $15/night for outdoor, ungated parking is a little ridiculous. Breakfast was just okay.
