A surprisingly elegant and lovely...

Liked: There was no breakfast included. The windows and view were spectacular and unexpected, as were the flower boxes in full bloom. The location could not have been better. The room had clearly been recently remodeled and everything seemed to be state of the art for a hotel room. The cleaning service staff was available and checked in daily.
Disliked: The small hotel was difficult to locate since there was only a small metal sign beside the doorway from the street. More explanation to help locate the door would have been helpful.

Great location and comfortable room....

Liked: We loved the location and the room setup, amenities, comfortable bed, communication, etc. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Dublin.
Disliked: There were only a couple of things that would have made the stay a perfect 10. The first thing was the smell when we walked in. It was obvious that a previous tenant had been smoking, so the room had a strong smell. We opened the window to air out the room and it got better, so we got used to it while we were in the room and didn’t notice it as much. But - every time we walked in from being gone, it started all over again. The room has just absorbed the smell. We were noticing today as we traveled elsewhere that our clothes and bags now have that smell. So - you guys may need to do some sort of treatment of the linens and a deep cleaning to rid the room of the smell. The other thing that is not a big deal, but just a little strange to us was the shower door that didn’t cover the whole length of the shower. It was difficult to shower without getting water on the floor. The last thing (which is not your fault, but something you need to communicate to whoever delivers the kegs for the bar) - when we came down the stairs to catch our taxi this morning, both doors were completely blocked by 15-20 kegs pushed all of the way to the doors and several deep. We could not open them more than about 6 inches. My husband is thankfully a big man and was able to finally push hard enough to allow a small opening in the middle of the doors for us to squeeze through with our bags. Not only was this very inconvenient as it took a few extra minutes to get out, but it could be VERY dangerous if there was any kind of emergency. They need to know that those doors are entrance/exit doors, not just a random wall.

Liked: The bed is really comfy!! Lots of brew making things but no milk?Really good location!
Disliked: The handle on the door was broken! Nightmare! The tv didn’t work for ages about forty mins to find a signal. The water in the fridge had been opened already! Not nice when you have new guests in there.
