We absolutely loved our stay...

Liked: Fabulous location minutes from the centre, and a pleasant walk. The decor is lovely and our room was perfect for us. Nice comfortable beds and bed linen and a spacious room. Great choice of breakfasts and cooked to perfection by James!
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t love about this property!

Very friendly hosts and perfect...

Liked: The breakfast each day was first class. Lots of choice, all freshly prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty. We had to leave early in the morning on our first day and Kate and James provided us with an early breakfast without hesitation at all. Our room and the whole house was spotless. Fresh milk and cold water available for our room for brews and delicious home made cake to help yourselves to each afternoon. Perfectly positioned for a short walk into the town centre. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again. Thank you to Kate and James for making us feel so welcome.
Disliked: We loved everything but if being picky …Maybe a bigger bed… but that’s only because we are used to a super king size …

Lovely B&B for a stay...

Liked: Kate and James run a lovely B&B! Super welcoming on arrival, they were helpful with recommendations for the local area, and Keswick's offerings of an evening. The B&B is between 5-10mins walk into Keswick, so ideal after a day of activities. The bedroom is a good size, kept warm and snug, with good quality linens and a comfortable mattress. Everything is spotlessly clean.Kate and James offer a number of cooked options for breakfast, served promptly in a 45 minute window for all guests, along with homemade granola, muesli, fruits, and juices - everything we had was well cooked and prepared.The B&B also benefits from a room to dry wet clothes, given the inclement weather in the Lakes, which is really handy.
Disliked: Electric shower will always be a pet hate, but you get used to it.

Liked: Lovely large house, very clean and homely. James & Kate are fantastic hosts, can’t do enough for their guests. Always willing to help. Breakfast on each morning was exceptional. Faultless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would stay again and again

Liked: The property is fantastic, clean , modern and bright . Breakfast is exceptional, but what makes it so great is James and Kate .Simply the best hosts , knowledgeable and friendly , they have time for their guests !
