Very enjoyable two night stay...

Liked: It was about a 6 minute walk to the high street, so a good location. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff and Owners very friendly and offered an excellent service. Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Evening dinner menu was not to our taste and therefore we chose to eat out.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Very nice room.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Staff were welcoming and location to town good.
Disliked: Shower had a slow flow of water and drainage not great. Was on ground floor and very noisy upstairs with floor boards.

A pleasant stay.

Liked: The location by the square and close to restaurants. Lovely comfy bed and a spacious room. Appeared to be nice and clean.
Disliked: The light outside the door shone through the gaps around the door all night. Also I could hear noises from another room, although that didn't actually disturb my sleep, but it is preferable not to be able to hear other people and creaking floor boards etc.

Liked: Food was surprisingly good. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are not big, they are comfortable and clean. The location is great for visiting Cheltenham. The hotel has a Regency charm about it.
