Comfy clean and private

Liked: We stayed in a one bedroom unit and we enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, spa is a bonus and working perfectly well. The shower has great pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Overall, it's very clean and well maintained accommodation. We wished we had stayed longer. The Motel is closer to all the shops, restaurants, café and takeaway places. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Hastings.

Liked: Daily housekeeping and fresh towels
Disliked: Office closed when hours stated they should be open. No hairdryer or wine glasses at first. Not told about the demolition next door which was noisy. TV too far away from couch. Aged but comfortable

Disliked: 1) Manager confirmed Covid Positive guests are welcome.2) Advised late check-in but Claremont rebooked room 15 to another guest and charged me two nights. I did not cancel my reservation.
