Liked: Great hotel Great location Easy for tramsGreat food Comfortable beds
Disliked: How they had messed up with one room which should have been a double but was 2 singles and would not change it as stated they was fully booked up was not happy

Great place to stay.

Liked: Very nice place, been going for few years now. Breakfast as usual was great, excellent choice, Dinner again great choices for starter ,main and dessert. The room was acceptable just a little too small bathroom but room was comfortable with good view.
Disliked: A little more organisation at meal times as sometimes it's like fighting to help yourself to food, some people have no respect or manners. Also the small bathroom in the room could be changed to shower instead of bath with shower seat.

Disliked: I cannot get a coffee outside of my room but inside the hotel before 8am .Boil a kettle in the room at 6 am without disturbing your partner go on i dare you to try it.It is ridiculous and nonsensical i had to walk 1.2 miles round trip to get a coffee at 7am

Disliked: Only one lift available (but isn't the owners fault) it's the layout of an older property but people managed.

Disliked: Rooms are extremely dated, no air con,not enough fans for all residents, windows didn’t fully open, no house keeping on weekends or replenishment of towels etc unless you asked. Room layout was slightly odd the bathroom was so small if you’d be stuck on the toilet if you were plus sized.
