Well looked after and staff...

Liked: Handy for everything pier, tower , bars , restaurant and beach also tram stop right outside .
Disliked: No Zero drinks included in the drinks passage and only one lift .

Liked: Excellent choice of drinks available and well cooked enjoyable food.
Disliked: Problems with payment card used by them (new card on system but not used by them) resulted in long telephone conversation to them on premium number with phone bill of over £7.00, then hotel closed at last moment for two days.

Liked: Food was excellent and the entertainment was very good too
Disliked: The first rooms we were allocated were a long way from the lift and had to go through several heavy fire doors. We are aged 90 and 88 so this was difficult, however it was resolved quickly as we were moved
